Ms. Drew Daane
Ms. Drew Daane is currently a Human Resource Specialist for HQ/AFMC/A1K at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She entered civil service in 2017 after completion of her dual bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Wright State University. Drew has completed the Department of Defense Developing Civilian Emerging Leader Program through Air University. She has recently obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Wright State University.
During her down time Drew enjoys spending quality time with friends & family, planning tennis, traveling, and reading.
Ms. Celina Calloway
Ms. Celina Calloway is currently a Human Resource Specialist for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center located at Wright Patterson AFB. Celina joined the civil service as a student intern in 2018 and still currently resides in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center in the Acquisition Office. Shortly after entering the civil service, Celina joined the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA that following year and has most recently became the membership chair.
Celina has a BS in Human Recourses Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Wright State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies, and playing word and card games.
Ms. Karon Robinson
Karon Robinson is a Human Resources Specialist working in Classification with Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Karon’s career in civil service began in 1986 and has worked on the Non-Appropriated fund side of the house, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and many other private and civil sector positions as she traveled and supported her husband’s active duty career. She has been an active member of the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA-HR since 2017. Karon is in the final stages of completing her Civilian Associates Degree through Air University. In her spare time, Karon enjoys spending time with family, volunteering within her local community and church, and cooking.
Ms. Cathy Guerrant
Ms. Cathy Guerrant has been a civilian since 2016 - currently as a Management Analyst for the AFLCMC Engineering Directorate at WPAFB and previously as an Employee Management Relations Specialist. Prior to this, she was the Human Resource Manager/Volunteer at Catholic Social Services for 15 years. Cathy has a Masers in Administration/Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Management, as well as certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) an SHRM-Certified Professional. Cathy has completed 21 units towards ACSC and recently participated in the Developing Team Leader Course.
Cathy enjoys volunteering in her spare time and has been awarded national Platinum Ambassador status every year since 2010 for her advocacy work with the Arthritis Foundation, where she has volunteered since 1999.
Ms. Sarah Scinto
Ms. Sarah Scinto is currently a Management Analyst in the Manpower and Personnel Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Before joining civil service she worked in corporate HR as a recruiter. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Marketing from Wright State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Trident University. Sarah just recently became an active member of IPMA and cannot wait to see where she ends up in this organization.
In her free time Sarah enjoys playing sand volleyball, taking her dog for a walk, doing home renovation projects and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Sarah Deslauriers
Ms. Sarah Deslauriers is currently a Management Analyst for the Logistics Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She entered into civil service after years of working in corporate HR. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Findlay.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and serving the community through her church.
